Apricot kernel oil is one of the finest and most versatile cooking oils, prized for its mild, nutty, and slightly exotic aroma. For our high-quality apricot kernel oil, we use only carefully selected apricot kernels from natural, organic cultivation in Europe. Gentle processing guarantees a natural oil of genuine raw food quality.
Cold pressing is carried out particularly slowly and under constant water cooling. The maximum oil temperature does not exceed 37°C. This single, slow pressing process ensures that the valuable nutrients of the apricot kernels are preserved as much as possible. The result is a particularly aromatic, flavorful, and vegan apricot kernel oil.

With its fresh, slightly nutty and exotic flavor, cold-pressed apricot kernel oil is an excellent addition to creative cooking. It is particularly well-suited for:
