Cold-pressed linseed oil (raw food)
With the highest omega-3 fatty acid content of all oils, flaxseed oil is particularly prized and versatile. For our high-quality flaxseed oil, we use only carefully selected flaxseeds from organic farming. The cold-pressing process is extremely gentle and water-cooled. At a low pressing temperature of no more than 37°C, the oil remains natural, aromatic, and exceptionally flavorful. Cold-pressed flaxseed oil is considered one of the most popular cooking oils worldwide. Compared to other oils, it has the highest omega-3 fatty acid content – a significant nutritional benefit.
For the production of our linseed oil, we rely on the time-tested cold-pressing method with integrated water cooling. Only a single pressing is carried out to best preserve the valuable nutrients. We typically maintain temperatures of around 30°C during this process. This not only preserves the abundance of nutrients but also the mild, nutty flavor of our natural linseed oil.

Mild taste – versatile use
Linseed oil impresses with its mild, slightly nutty flavor. It is ideally suited for:
- Stir into quark or muesli (2-3 tablespoons daily recommended)
- To be taken pure
- For desserts or as a finishing touch to hot and cold dishes
- Can also be applied externally to skin or hair.
